Pricing questions

What happens when I pass 250 orders on the free plan?
Kelby asks you to upgrade to Core. You will not get a surprise bill. The 250-order limit only exists on the free plan.
Is Core really unlimited?
Yes. Core has no order limit and no per-order fee. It is $29 a month at any volume.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, in USD, on your regular Shopify invoice. Billing is month to month and stops when you uninstall.
Is there a free trial on Core?
Yes, 14 days. You can also run the free plan on your live store first, so you see the product before you start a trial.
If I downgrade, do I lose my tiers and data?
No. Core features pause, but nothing is deleted. Upgrade again and your tiers, rules, and history are where you left them.
What about Plus?
Plus is $79 a month and adds checkout-native redemption, POS, and an API. It is on the roadmap and not available yet.
